Strengthen Your Heart, Increase Your Energy & Protect Against Gum Disease!
What is CoQ10?
CoQ10 benefits your health in several important ways! First of all, it is a coenzyme that assists the body in the production of energy. CoQ10 is produced in the center of the cell known as the mitochondria. Almost all of our cells contain mitochondria so the importance of CoQ10 in the proper functioning of the body should not be underestimated.
CoQ10 helps make adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which is our cell's major source of energy. ATP also plays a critical role in muscle contraction and in the production of protein for the body. CoQ10 also has antioxidative characteristics that help protect the body from the effects of stress, toxins and pollutants.
- Has anti-oxidative effects
- Is essential for cellular energy production
- Improves diastolic function in children
- Protects against oxidative stress-induced at the cellular level
- Anti-cardiovascular disease effects
- Inhibits LDL oxidation
- Strengthens gums against periodontal disease
CoQ10 Side Effects

CoQ10 Studies & Research
There is a large volume of research supporting the health benefits of CoQ10. In addition to the personal experiences of many CoQ10 users there is a growing body of scientific evidence supporting the claim that CoQ10 benefits the body in specific ways. Although there is not any conclusive scientific evidence of the health benefits of CoQ10 there have been a number of promising research studies completed.
Many of these studies have shown positive results. The researchers almost invariably comment in their reports that additional research needs to be done. We concur with this conclusion. We welcome additional research on CoQ10, other natural nutrients and health supplements as well.
