My Recommendation

In my opinion, the taste of this product can be described as being slightly sour and slightly sweet. In spite of its gritty texture, I felt like this new chewable supplement was beneficial and gave me an energy boost. I did not chew it as recommended but let it dissolve in my mouth like a throat lozenge.
