Banana-Pear-Strawberry Smoothie

Try this delicious smoothie recipe!
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 1 drop doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 ripe Bartlett pear
  • 1 cup of ripe, fresh strawberries
  • 3 ice cubes
Add the yogurt, soy milk, orange essential oil, pear and strawberries together in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth. Next add the ice cubes and frozen banana. Mix again until all the ingredients have been blended together.

The recipe makes two 8 oz glasses of refreshing smoothie!

Nectarine-Cucumber-Strawberry Smoothie

Try this healthy but tasty veggie, fruit smoothie!

  • 1/2 cup fresh cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe nectarine
  • 1 frozen banana
Add the yogurt, soy milk, strawberries and cucumbers to the blender and mix until smooth. Next, add the frozen banana and nectarine. Blend again until smooth. This recipe makes 2 eight ounce glasses of zesty tasting smoothie.

Banana-Cantaloupe-Greek Yogurt- Smoothie

Try this delicious, refreshing fruit smoothie recipe.

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 large, ripe cantaloupe
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt 1/2 cup of heavy, whipping cream 1/8 tablespoon of powdered cinnamon
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. This recipe makes two 8 oz. glasses of tasty smoothie.

Cantaloupe-Banana-Greek Yogurt-Smoothie No. 2

Try this variation of the recipe shown above!

  • 1/4 ripe cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 large, frozen banana
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 18 teaspoon powdered stevia (sweetener)
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth. This is a great smoothie for a hot summer day! This recipe makes 2 eight ounce glasses of cool, refreshing smoothie.

Banana-Apple-Yogurt-Almond Smoothie

This smoothie tastes good even in the middle of winter!

  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 10-12 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Red Delicious apple
  • 4 ice cubes
Add the soy milk, yogurt, almonds and chia seeds together. Blend until smooth. Next, add the apple, frozen banana and ice cubes. Blend again until smooth and creamy.

For a variation of this smoothie add 2-3 tablespoons of granola in place of the chia seeds. Also, add 1 drop of orange essential oil and 1 drop of lemon essential oil.(I used LorAnn food grade essential oils)

This recipe makes two 8 oz. glasses of yummy fruit smoothie!

Banana-Apple-Avocado-Yogurt Smoothie

Try this variation of the recipe above!

  • 1 ripe banana (I did not use a frozen banana)
  • 1 medium Red Delicious apple
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 2 drops of essential orange oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon of powdered stevia
  • 4 ice cubes
Add the yogurt, soy milk, avocado, apple and banana first. Blend until smooth. Next, add the orange essential oil, the stevia and the ice cubes. Mix until smooth and creamy.

This recipe makes two tasty 8 oz. glasses of healthy smoothie.

Banana-Pineapple-Coconut-Almond Smoothie

You will like this sweet delicious smoothie recipe!

  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of sweetened coconut flakes
  • 12 whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 2 ice cubes
Add the soy milk, almonds, chia seeds and coconut flakes together and pineapple together. Mix until smooth. Next, add the frozen bananas, ice cubes and blend until creamy smooth.

This recipe makes two generous 8 oz glasses of refreshing smoothie.

Banana-Pineapple-Kiwi-Smoothie

This is a tasty variation of the fruit smoothie recipe listed above!

  • 2 cups of fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 10 whole raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 ripe kiwi fruit (cut in half and scoop out the fruit with a spoon)
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 ice cubes
Add the chia seeds, almonds, soy milk, kiwi fruit and pineapple together and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and frozen banana next; blend until creamy.

This recipes serves two 8 oz glasses of thick, healthy smoothie. Both adults and children will enjoy this delicious smoothie recipe.

Banana-Cantaloupe-Apple-Grape Smoothie

This makes a yummy, thick smoothie great for hot summer days!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen red grapes
  • 2 small Golden Delicious apples
  • 1/4 ripe cantaloupe
Cut the apples into fourths and add to the blender. Next, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Since this makes a thick smoothie you may need to keep compressing the fruit with your special blender tool until it is liquified. Add chopped, pitted dates for added sweetness.

This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses of a tasty fruit smoothie.

  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple

Pineapple-Pear-Apple-Date Smoothie

  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple
  • 1 apple (I used a Gala apple)
  • 1 pear (I used a Bartlett pear)
  • 3 chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk

Pineapple-Kiwi Fruit-Apple-Date-Grape Smoothie

A thick, cold and yummy fruit smoothie!
  • 1 cup of fresh or canned pineapple (I used fresh)
  • 1 ripe, peeled kiwi fruit (I find it easier to peel by hand)
  • 1 medium apple (I used a Golden Delicious)
  • 1 1/4 cups of frozen red grapes
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 3 chopped and pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk (Use water if you don't have soy milk)
Add all the ingredients together in your blender. Mix until smooth. You may need a spoon to help eat this thick smoothie! It has an interesting apple, kiwi fruit taste. This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses.


Pineapple-Strawberry-Pear-Date Smoothie

For a zesty, thick smoothie try this recipe on for size!

  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or canned (I used fresh)
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (I used fresh)
  • 1 Bosch pear (I ripen my pears in a brown paper sack)
  • 3 chopped and pitted dates
  • 1 cup of frozen red grapes
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (I prefer Dannon)
Add all the ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth. This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses of great tasting smoothie.


Pineapple-Banana-Honey Dew Melon Smoothie

Try this recipe for a sweet, light tasting smoothie!

  • 4-5 frozen banana pieces (equals one banana)
  • 1 cup of fresh or canned pineapple (I used fresh)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Honey Dew Melon
  • 4-5 chopped pitted dates
  • 1 cup of of soy milk (soy milk is a good source of protein)
Add all ingredients together in your blender and mix until smooth. This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses of delightful smoothie.


Pineapple-Cantaloupe-Watermelon Smoothie

For a different but delicious smoothie try this recipe!
  • 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple
  • 6-8 frozen banana pieces
  • 1 cup of cut up cantaloupe
  • 1 cup of watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
Add all the ingredients together in your blend and mix until smooth. This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses of zesty tasting smoothie.


Pineapple-Pear-Almond-Banana Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana (6-8 frozen banana chunks)
  • 1 1/4 cups of fresh or canned pineapple

  • 10-12 raw almonds
  • 1 cup of soy milk

Pineapple-Watermelon-Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple (I used fresh pineapple)
  • 1 1/2 cups of seedless watermelon
  • Enough frozen banana chunks to equal one banana
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • Add 2-3 dates for added sweetness.
I recommend you add 2-3 dates if you are using fresh pineapple. Place all the ingredients into your blender and mix until smooth. It may take the frozen bananas a little longer to blend completely. This recipe makes two 8 oz glasses of yummy smoothie.


Cantaloupe-Apple-Banana-Yogurt Smoothie

This makes a tasty summer smoothie when cantaloupes are plentiful at your local grocery store.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 slices of cantaloupe = to 1 1/4 cups
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3-4 ice cubes
Blend the fruit and yogurt together. Taste the mixture and add more fruit or yogurt as desired. Last, add the ice cubes and mix well. Make sure all the ice is chopped up. Recipe makes two 8 oz glasses. This cantaloupe-yogurt smoothie tastes great on a warm summer evening.

I prefer Golden Delicious apples even though I have used Red Delicious, Braeburns and Pink Ladies. Golden Delicious apples seem to be sweeter than the other apples I have tried.


Cantaloupe-Date Smoothie

For a different tasting smoothie try this easy recipe!

  • 2 slices of ripe cantaloupe = to 1 1/4 cups
  • 3 large pitted dates
  • 1 apple (Golden Delicious)
  • 6 frozen banana piecess or 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup yougurt
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
Add all the ingredients together and blend well. The dates give this smoothie a zingy, sweet taste. This makes 2 eight oz. glasses.


Cantaloupe-Grape-Banana-Avocado Smoothie

Enjoy this refreshing end of summer smoothie!
  • 6-9 frozen banana chunks or 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup black seedless grapes
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 2 slices of ripe cantaloupe - equal to 1 1/4 cups
  • 1/4 to 1/2 ripe avocado (gives your smoothie a creamy texture)
Add the soy milk followed by the banana, grapes, cantaloupe and avocado. Mix all ingredients well. Makes two 8 oz. glasses.


Cantaloupe-Grape-Banana-Yogurt Smoothie

This is a sweeter version of the recipe above! It is great on a hot summer day.

  • 1 ripe banana (I used a really ripe banana!) 1 cup of seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt (I like Dannons yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 3 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients to your blender and mix until the ice cubes are blended in. This recipe makes two full 8 oz glasses.


Cantaloupe-Grape-Banana Smoothie

This is an easy version of the fruit smoothie recipe above:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen red grapes
  • 1 1/4 cups of cantaloupe
  • 1 cup of filtered water
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth. This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses of ice cold smoothie!


Watermelon-Date-Banana Smoothie

Try this light but tasty summer time smoothie!
  • 6-8 frozen banana chunks or 1 fresh, ripe banana
  • 3-4 pitted dates
  • 2 large chunks of seedless watermelon (1/4 small watermelon)
Add the watermelon first and then the dates and frozen banana pieces. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Umm, this tastes great on a hot, humid summer day. This recipe makes two 8 oz. glasses.


Red Grape-Nectarine-Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is easy to make.
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1 ripe nectarine
  • 3-4 frozen banana chunks or one ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of soy milk
Just add all the ingredients together and blend until smooth. The yogurt gives this smoothie its smooth texture.


Black Grape-Nectarine-Banana Smoothie

This is a sweeter variation of the recipe above. No yogurt is used and ice cubes are added.
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe nectarine (I like to use them when they start to get soft)
  • 1 cup of black grapes
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 4 ice cubes
This recipe is easy to make; just add all the ingredients together and mix until the ice cubes are gone. It makes 2 eight ounce glasses of sweet, delicious smoothie!


Banana-Nectarine-Pear-Date Smoothie

Try this sweet, creamy, thick smoothie recipe!

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe medium nectarine
  • 1 ripe Bartlett pear (Place your green fruit in a brown paper sack to ripen)
  • 2 cut up seedless dates (the dates add sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 3-4 ice cubes
I recommend cutting the dates up in small pieces before putting them in your blender. Add all the ingredients together and blend until completely mixed and smooth. Makes two 8 oz glasses of "lip smacking" good smoothie!


Banana-Red Grape-Strawberry Smoothie

Try this refreshing smoothie recipe!

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 3-4 frozen banana pieces or 1 fresh banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix well. If you use a fresh banana you may need to add three to four ice cubes or refrigerate before use.


Pear-Grape-Nectarine Smoothie

Try this delicious, sweet smoothie recipe!

  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 3-4 frozen banana pieces or 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes
  • 1 white or yellow nectarine
  • 1 ripe Bartlett pear
Cut the nectarine in half and remove the pit. Quarter the pear and then add it to the smoothie. Add the remaining ingredients together and blend until smooth.

  • 1 cup of canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe nectarine

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe red plum
  • 1 cup frozen red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil

A healthy weight loss smoothie idea is to substitute fat free plain yogurt for the soy milk. Not only will it be low in calories but it will give your smoothie a tasty zing.

  • 1 banana
  • 8-10 whole unroasted & unsalted almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of raw sun flower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
