Mango-Banana-Yogurt Smoothie

Try this thick, smooth mango smoothie recipe!

  • 1 medium to large ripe red mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peach juice (as a sweetener)
  • 1/2 cup of thick whipping cream
Add the yogurt, whipping cream, peach juice and mango. Blend till smooth then add the frozen banana and blend again. This recipe makes two 8 oz glasses. You will need a spoon to eat this thick smoothie.

Mango-Peach-Carrot Smoothie

You will enjoy this mango flavored smoothie!

  • 1 medium to large ripe red mango
  • 2 small ripe peaches
  • 1 small apple
  • 3 baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of powdered stevia
  • 4 ice cubes
Peel and cut the fruit away from the seed of the mango. Cut the baby carrots into small pieces. Quarter the peaches and discard the pit. Add the mango and the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. The peach and carrot really add to the mango flavor!

Mango-Pear-Strawberry Smoothie

You will enjoy this yummy, refreshing smoothie!

  • 1 small to medium ripe red mango
  • 1 medium to large pear (I used a Red Pear)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped dates
  • 4 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients together and blend until smooth. This recipe makes two 8 ounce glasses of a delicious smoothie.

Mango-Pear-Banana Smoothie

Another delicious mango smoothie recipe!
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe Bartlett pear
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 4-6 ice cubes
Add the yogurt and fruit first and then blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes last and blend again. This makes a thick tasty smoothie ideal for the hot summer months.

Mango-Orange-Coconut Smoothie

Try this thick, creamy smoothie recipe on for size!

  • 1 medium red mango
  • 1 large orange
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 4 ice cubes
I like to add the main ingredients together and blend. I taste the result to see what I need to add to make it taste better. In this recipe I added the mango, orange and yogurt together and then blended them until smooth. After tasting my basic combination I added the coconut oil to soften the taste. The ice cubes also help to not only make the smoothie cold but they dilute the flavors as well. If you like your smoothies a little sweeter add two or three chopped and pitted dates.

Mango-Strawberry Smoothie

For a creamy, zesty tasting smoothie try this recipe:

  • 1 large ripe red mango
  • 1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (I used Dannon yogurt)
  • 8-10 raw almonds
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 drop of doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil (this helped bring out the flavor of the mango)
I like to add the softest ingredients first. Peel the mango and slice the fruit off the seed and add to your blender. I like to cut the skin into quarters and then peel it off. Add the almonds and ice cubes last. This recipe makes two 8 oz servings.


Tropical Mango Smoothie Recipe

If you like tropical smoothies just add kiwi fruit, mango or your favorite fruit to the basic recipe. Here in Arizona we will add a fresh peeled orange to our smoothies.

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 ripe red mango
  • 8-10 whole whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of raw sun flower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup of soy milk or
  • 1 cup yogurt for a tasty weight loss tropical smoothie.
Add 3 to 5 ice cubes and blend well! This recipe makes two servings.


Mango and Avocado Smoothie

Get your taste buds ready for this thick and creamy smoothie!

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 6-8 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients together and mix well. You may have to eat this smoothie with a spoon.

You can modify this recipe by substituting 1/2 cup of red grapes for the avocado. I like to throw in the mango cubed in small pieces with the skin still on the fruit. It gives this smoothie a rich mango taste.


Mango-Peach-Banana Smoothie

Do you want a thick, creamy smoothie with a tropical flair? Try this smoothie recipe:

  • 6-8 frozen banana chunks or 1 ripe banana
  • 1 ripe red mango
  • 1 small to medium yellow peach
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth and creamy. If you are using a fresh banana you may need to add ice cubes. I like my smoothies cold, especially during the hot summer months. This smoothie is thick enough to eat with a spoon. This recipe makes two full 8 oz glasses.


Mango-Apple-Banana Smoothie

This recipes makes a thick, sweet smoothie with a crunchy texture.

  • 6-8 frozen banana chunks or 1 ripe banana
  • 1 medium sized apple (I used Golden Delicious)
  • 1 ripe mango (I peeled it this time)
  • 1 cup of Rice Dream


Add the Rice Dream first and then the mango and banana. Mix together until smooth. Last, add the apple and then blend just enough to leave small apple pieces in your smoothie. Add 2-3 ice cubes to thin. This recipe makes two 8 oz. glasses of delicious smoothie.


Mango-Coconut-Date Smoothie

For another thick delicious tropical smoothie try this recipe:

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 3-4 chopped pitted dates
  • 1 ripe medium red mango
  • 10-12 whole raw almonds
  • 1 cup of soy milk or Rice Dream
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth. You may want to add additional ice cubes to make your smoothie thinner. This recipe makes two full 8 oz glasses.


Mango-Cantaloupe-Coconut Smoothie

You will enjoy this thick, creamy smoothie delight!
  • 1 ripe red mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup of soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
Add all the ingredients together and blend until smooth. This recipe makes two 8oz. glasses of delicious smoothie.
