  • 10 raw almonds

Orange-Kiwi-Coconut Smoothie

For a delicious tasting smoothie try this:
  • 2 small to medium oranges

  • 1 cup of soy milk

  • 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt This recipe makes two servings.
Blend all the ingredients well. Stop and add 3 to 5 ice cubes. Blend until the ice cubes are gone. This recipe makes two servings.
